Our subscription plan includes ongoing support, updates, and maintenance to keep your site in top shape. It has a 12-month minimum commitment, after which you’re free to go month-to-month.

You can cancel anytime after the first year, but please note that you won’t keep the site if you cancel, as maintaining it is part of our service. If you decide to come back, you’ll simply need to start a new 12-month agreement.

We aim for long-term relationships, and we hope our clients do too. If you cancel early within the first 6 months, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the 6-month minimum contract minus what you’ve already paid. This helps keep things fair, as building a custom website takes significant work upfront.

Adding pages is easy! We charge a one-time fee of £30 per additional page.

We keep it simple! We send secure email invoices through Square, where you can pay by any major credit or debit card for subscriptions.

For one-time or lump-sum projects, we accept bank transfers to help reduce processing fees.

If, during the design phase, we can’t create something you’re thrilled with, we’ll refund your initial payment.

However, once we move into development, refunds aren’t usually available. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with the final product, so we’ll work closely with you to get it just right!

You own your domain and content! If you decide to part ways, we’ll transfer the domain to you.

However, the website itself is hosted and maintained by us, so we can’t transfer it directly. We’re happy to discuss other options if you ever decide to end the service.
